How to get a Chester Residents Permit to fish Prince Albert water on the Dee

HOW TO GET A RIVER DEE CHESTER RESIDENTS PERMIT

 

 

Chester City Council and Prince Albert Angling Association are offering a 12month Chester Residents Permit to allow local people to fish the river. If you want to get one you must:

 

  • Go to the City Council Main Reception in the Forum .

 

  • Take a cheque or Postal Order for £20 payable to PAAS.

 

  • Take a passport photo of yourself.

 

  • Take proof of address ie: a utility bill with your home address printed on it.

 

  • The Council forward your application to PAAS who send out the permit
